Here we inform you about the personal data collected by QualiMe. This includes all information that relates to a natural person in such a way that this person can be directly or indirectly identified.

Transparency and honesty are very important to us. We have therefore tried to show all relevant points clearly and transparently. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact us at feedback@qualime.de. When you contact us, we need your name and e-mail address so that we can process your request and respond to you. The aforementioned data will only be used to process your request and will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data.

Download

When you download the app, the IOS App Store or the Google Play Store collects some information. This includes in particular your username, email address and customer number of your account, time of download, payment information and the individual device code. We cannot influence this data collection of the respective app store. Therefore, we bear no responsibility in this regard.

Registration

By registering in the app, you authorize us to identify you. This is necessary to prevent fraud or manipulation attempts by third parties. The identification is done via a pseudonymous identifier for each mobile device, which is created when a user registers and is stored centrally during the use of the app.

For this purpose, we use the service Firebase Authentication offered by Google LLC. The personal information collected by Firebase Authentication is your email or phone number, depending on the registration method you choose. Firebase Authentication may use third-party identity services such as Apple and store information on their platform.

Usage

Data security is very important to us. Therefore, data is stored on your end device as far as possible. To ensure the smooth use of the app and prevent manipulation attempts, some data must be stored centrally.

This includes the user's language, the time of the last login, unlocked routines and the current number of level points achieved.

For the central storage of just mentioned data we use the service Cloud Firestore offered by Google LLC. The storage location is the European Union. Information about Cloud Firestore's data processing and security policies can be found here.

Sign off

When logging out of the app, all data mentioned in the point 'Usage' will be deleted automatically. The pseudonymous identifications mentioned in the point 'Registration' as well as, if available, the emails or phone numbers of logged out users will be deleted periodically. To request immediate deletion of the above data, simply send an email to feedback@qualime.de.

Disclosure of personal data

We do not pass on any personal data to third parties.

Access permissions

To remind you of upcoming routines, the app needs permission to send you push notifications.

Your rights

- request information about your personal data in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO

- demand the correction of incorrect personal data in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO

- demand the deletion of personal data in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO

- request the restriction of the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO

- in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO to receive their personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller

- complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO.

Right to object

You can object to the processing of your data at any time with effect for the future. For a revocation, an e-mail to feedback@qualime.de is sufficient.

We may have to change the privacy policy in the future due to changing requirements or the further development of our app. We will inform you appropriately in this regard.
